All prices are in Canadian dollars. You can use the currency converter to get an approximation of the charges in your own currency; however, once you go to the checkout prices will be in Canadian dollars (CAD). Once your address is entered shipping costs will also be added to your checkout total.
PROCESSING, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once you place an order on our website, It takes approximately 3-7 business days for the order to be processed. Should the item you ordered be out of stock, we will inform you of the approximate shipping date. Once your order has been processed, shipping timelines are as follows:
Within Canada: 3-7 business days
Within USA: 5-12 business days
International: 7-15 business days (this is standard for most European countries and Australia; however, please note that we can not be responsible for delays in customs.
Most orders are shipped via Canada Post and the following flat rate shipping fees apply:
Within Canada: $15 CAD (Free shipping on orders of $175 or more)
Within Continental US: $15 - $20 CAD depending on weight (that's about $12 - $15 USD) (add an additional $10 CAD for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)
International: $45- $55 depending on your location. All international shipping fees will appear at the checkout. (e.g., shipping to the UK costs $45)
When you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase details. If there are any errors in your order details, please CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY at info(at)100milesbrand.com. You will be sent a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this number to track your package. If you do not receive a tracking number within 10 days of placing your order, please contact us at info(at)100milesbrand.com.
DUTIES (AND DELAYS) FOR USA AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
100 Miles Clothing Company is a Canadian company and charges applicable taxes on all purchases originating within Canada only. 100 Miles Clothing Company is not responsible for any Duties, Customs and/or Value Added Taxes resulting from US or international shipments. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine and pay for any additional taxes/fees charged through customs in their home country. As well, while we endeavour to ship your parcel to you in a timely manner, we can not be responsible for any delays caused by the postal service or customs.

Please note that you have 7 business days from receipt of your order (as tracked by Canada Post) to contact us and begin the process of shipping your order back. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs when exchanging an item. We do not refund outbound shipping costs. Once the order is received, an exchange will be processed if the merchandise is returned in the same condition as it was received - this means merchandise has not been used, worn and/or washed, and all tags are still on the merchandise. If shipping back from the US, please indicate on the customs form - Return Merchandise - Canada. Once we receive and inspect the items we will notify you of your exchange details as applicable.
